Elevate Labs provides premium web design and development services including bespoke landing pages, digital experiences, and ongoing website management. Our services are delivered by professional designers and developers under strict quality standards.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or these terms.
All original designs, code, and content produced by Elevate Labs remain the intellectual property of the client upon final delivery and full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are due according to the project schedule. Non-payment beyond 14 days may result in suspension of work. Refunds are available within 7 days of project commencement for unused services only.
Elevate Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client during the preceding 12 months.
